CIBC FirstCaribbean now holds the title, ‘fittest company‘ in Barbados after the CIBC FirstCaribbean Team One won the recently-concluded 2014 ‘Surfside Corporate Fitness Challenge‘. This is the second victory for the team in the last three years of competition.

Team captain, Dwight Thompson spoke glowingly of his team’s performance describing this year as one of the most competitive in the event’s history. He said this victory was also special for the team after it narrowly missed the top spot last year, placing third.

The Surfside Corporate Fitness Challenge targets corporate entities, encouraging their employees to improve their physical fitness as well as to impact and inspire their communities, colleagues, friends and family to make exercise and activeness a part of their ethos.
