TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR REMEMBRANCE DAY PARADE

A number of traffic changes will be in effect on Sunday 9th November to facilitate the Remembrance Day Parade and Service in National Heroes Square at 8:00 a.m.

Between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m., Broad Street, from its junction with Prince William Henry Street to its junction with High Street; High Street, Trafalgar Street, Charles Duncan O'Neal Bridge and Wharf Road will be closed to all vehicular traffic.

In addition, no parking will be allowed along Belmont Road, Constitution Road, Martindales Road, St. Michael Row, Bridge Street, Trafalgar Street, Magazine Lane, Palmetto Street and Rickett Street.

Any person who contravenes these rules or fails to comply with any order given by a uniformed member of the Royal Barbados Police Force (RBPF) is guilty of an offence, and is liable, if convicted, to a fine of $500 or to imprisonment for a term of three months. (KH/BGIS)
