INCIDENT AT DURANTS VILLAGE, ST. JAMES: Vehicle Overturns in 40′ Precipice

Police are investigating an incident which occurred at Durants Village, St. James, involving a motor lorry driven by Trevor Burke, 50 years of Ellerton, St. James. Just after 12:15 pm today Tuesday 25th November 2014,

Burke was delivering a consignment of building material to a residence at Durants Village, when he apparently lost control of the lorry and went over a 40 foot precipice.

Burke received a wound to the back of his head and he complained of pains to his back and legs. He was transported to the QEH by ambulance.
