Lanterns Mall Handicapped

{DATA COURTESY: Facebook Group “Wall of Shame“}

{This happened on Saturday} at Lanterns Mall. I approached the driver who went into the kitchen at the Chinese restaurant upstairs – Dragon House. I went to the counter and asked to speak to the man and asked if he realized he was in a handicapped spot. His reply was YES and he would move it in a little while.

I asked him to move it now, as someone who actually needs the spot might be there before he moves. He said he would move it in 5 mins. So I told him that I was going to post a photo if he didn't move it now - he didn't budge. So here is the photo.

When I was walking back upstairs from taking this picture, he approached me and asked if I needed another photo which I responded ‘no‘. He then shouted at me, pushing his car key in my face and said he parks there “all the time. The security officer knows too.” My response was that the security officer is wrong too. He couldn’t understand so I walked away. He then approached me again stating that his bag was heavy with fish. Too heavy to park and walk further. I asked him if he ‘thought it was easier for a handicapped person to have to walk further?‘ We saw his bag – one small plastic shopping bag – which he walked with ease. A young girl from the restaurant had to come and tell him to stop it and SHE apologized.

EDITOR’S NOTE: This is part of why the country is so messed up now, here is an easy way for the Freundel Stuart regime to earn quick ca$h – any violator of the parking (except senior citizens and/or chauffeurs of elderly/differently abled) drop a clamp on their wheel until fine is paid, make more money by issuing an annual fee allowing BARP users or drivers of infirm to use spots while on legitimate business (filling a prescription, etc.)
