First Citizens and CHSB/UWI share the “$ecret of a $ix Figure Woman”
“For every one of us that succeeds, it is because there is somebody out there to show you the way out.”
For over two decades, The Cave Hill School of Business/The University of the West Indies (CHSB/UWI) has been at the forefront of leadership development in Barbados and the OECS. CHSB/UWI has equipped more than 2500 executives and business leaders with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to thrive in the international business environment. The First Citizens Group, one of the leading financial services organizations in the region, has recognized the important contribution of CHSB/UWI to the development of leadership capacity in the region. This has provided the basis for collaboration between these two organizations to present a dynamic leadership symposium dedicated to the personal and professional enhancement of women. On Saturday, 22 November, 2014 The Cave Hill School of Business will be the venue for the second annual First Citizens sponsored “Success Showcase – $ecrets of a $ix Figure Woman“.
It is anticipated that a large diverse group of women – including established leaders in the public and private sector, as well as aspiring professionals – will gather at this Women’s Leadership Symposium. The programme is designed to highlight the successful stories of exemplary Caribbean females who have remained committed to the achievement of their goals. This highly interactive event will present an opportunity to learn, develop and network in a relaxed forum where regional female leaders from across generations will come together between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.
The triumph of last year’s Success Showcase, hosted at CHSB-UWI conference facility, has created a buzz of excited anticipation for the upcoming leadership symposium. $ecrets of the $ix Figure Woman is guaranteed to deliver a complete package of interactive, thought-provoking, life changing concepts which will enhance the personal and professional interactions of those in attendance. There will be the imparting of knowledge and insights which can readily be incorporated into one’s professional life, while in pursuit of meaningful goals. There will also be the opportunity to benefit from practical illustration in achieving work-life balance, as well as engage in an interactive segment of Health and Wellness, developed to encourage prolonged health of the body, spirit and mind.
