“The Wedding Convention” 2014 continues to raise Trinidad & Tobago’s events industry bar
The recently concluded second edition of ‘The Wedding Convention‘ was nothing short of a success as the event appeased the needs of local brides and grooms as well as the nation’s top bridal professionals while surpassing the standard set by its 2013 debut.
The event which took place at the Banquet and Conference Centre, Movie Towne, P.O.S. on September 27th & 28th attracted over 600 patrons who benefitted from make-overs and demos from the Power of Beauty Bridal Pamper Zone, a free DIY session with The Bead Café and free seminars from top wedding professionals throughout both days in a private, breakout room.
The 2 day extravaganza was also beneficial to several wedding service providers who had the opportunity to learn from Julie Albaugh, Editor WeddingMarketNews.com in a very interactive session on Sept 27th. During this session, Julie gave them tips and guidelines to market their businesses better and utilize social media more effectively for the wedding and event industry.
