In its efforts to support the local farming industry St Kitts Marriott Resort & the Royal Beach Casino stepped up its commitment of partnering with local farmers in purchasing more of their organically grown produce and launching their Taste of St Kitts menu.

The Taste of St Kitts menu provides a sample of the unique ingredients and cuisine that is native to St Kitts/Nevis. From farm and field to your table, the menu items and ingredients featured are all locally grown and delivered directly to the resort. Nevisian Greens, Passion Fruit, Green Figs, and Pineapple are just a few of the fresh ingredients that are being used to create this journey for the palate.

“We are truly happy to be able to better support the local farmers and fishermen. Fresher, better-tasting items are the biggest advantage of being able to buy produce directly from the source,” said General Manager Jacques Hamou.
