Next Tuesday 7th October 2014, Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) His Excellency José Miguel Insulza will deliver a Distinguished Open Lecture at The UWI St. Augustine Campus titled “Latin America and the Caribbean, Good News with Many Challenges.”

The lecture which is a joint initiative with Trinidad and Tobago’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs takes place at Lecture Theatre E, Teaching and Learning Complex, Circular Road, St. Augustine, Trinidad at 5:30 pm.
Caribbean viewers are invited to tune in to the lecture via live stream from 5:30 p.m.
