Barbadian Insurance Leader provides support for Multi-National fair: Saturday 15th November

With more than 35 years of experience in Barbados’ insurance industry, ICBL continues to put sustainability at the heart of its business culture.

The company recently showed its support for the Multi-National Fair which combines the Multi-National Women’s Fair and the Village of Hope, which was part of the U.N. Conference on Sustainable Development of Small Island Developing States.

This fair will emphasise the importance of creating a more sustainable Barbados and focus specifically on social entrepreneurship, promoting healthy lifestyles and creating a greener Barbados.

During the presentation to Sharen Lady Carmichael, ICBL’s CEO and Managing Director, Ingrid Innes noted, “As part of our commitment to improving the vitality and sustainability of Barbados, we are honored to be part of this initiative. At ICBL we focus on enabling programmes that enhance sustainability and, as a green business, this initiative allows us to show our commitment to promoting the continued care of this nation’s environmental future.”

Sharen Lady Carmichael, a member of the organizing committee, acknowledged ICBL’s interest in the work which the organization has done in the past and expressed her gratitude to the company for sponsoring the event.

The Multi-National Fair takes place at Foursquare Heritage Park and Rum Distillery on Saturday, November 15th.
