ROAD FATALITY ALONG PINE ROAD, ST MICHAEL

A serious accident occurred about 8:00 am on Friday 19th September 2014 at the junction of Pine Road and 5th Avenue Belleville, St. Michael, which resulted in the death of pedal-cyclist Clement Alexander 51 years of West Terrace Garden, St. James.

(IMAGE VIA - thestkittsnevisobserver.com) Alexander was riding his bicycle along Pine Road, when he became involved in a collision with a jeep driven by Marlene Jemmott of Welches, St. Thomas. Alexander was pronounced dead at the scene.

This is the 12th road fatality for the year. Investigations are continuing.
