Police are investigating a shooting incident which occurred on Fitts Village beach, Fitts Village, St. James, where a man was shot and wounded. His name is being withheld.

About 11:00 am on Wednesday 10th September 2014, a report was received by police of gunshots in the Fitts Village area. Investigations revealed that a man was shot and taken to the QEH in a private vehicle. He is said to be in a critical condition.
