BULGARIAN CHARGED WITH DRUG OFFENCES
Police have arrested and charged Bulgarian national Nikolina Slavova, 28 years, with the following offences committed at the Airport on Tuesday September 16th, 2014:
1. Possession
2. Possession with intent to supply
3. Trafficking; and
4. Importation of 3 kilos of cocaine.
Slavova arrived by air from St. Vincent in-transit to London on Tuesday 16th September and was interviewed by Drug Squad personnel. She was taken to the Oistins Police Station where a detailed search was made of her luggage and the cocaine weighing 3 kgs was found in a false compartment.
Slavova is expected to appear at the District B Magistrates Court on Thursday 18th September 2014.
