TEENAGER CHARGED WITH FIREARM & AMMO OFFENCES

Police have arrested and charged Kemo Avery Grant, 19 years, of Grazettes Main Road, St. Michael with the offences of:

  • Illegal possession of one .32 revolver firearm;
  • Unlawful possession of 3 rounds of ammunition.

As a result of an operation carried out by the Police at the Party Stand, on Monday 25th August, Grant was searched by Police and the firearm and ammunition discovered concealed on his person.

On Tuesday August 26th , 2014, Grant appeared at District A traffic Court before Magistrate G. Bannister and was remanded until September 26, 2014 and transferred to the District A Magistrates Criminal Court.
