UPDATE: Meleah Kelly-Marshall is located by Barbadian Police

Meleah Akiliah Kelly-Marshall 13 years of Upper Wavel Ave. Black Rock, St. Michael, who was reported missing on Wednesday 21st day of August 2014 has been traced and is safe.
