Members of the Drug Squad have arrested and charged 35 year old British national Cele Aniche for the offences of:

• Possession of 1 kilo of cocaine;
• Possession with intent to supply;
• Trafficking; and
• Importation.

Cele Aniche appeared at the District B Magistrates Court and pleaded guilty to the offences proffered.

He was sentenced as follows:

1. On the charge of Possession, he was fined $15,000 forthwith or 18 months in prison;
2. On the charge of Trafficking, he was fined $10, 000 forthwith of 18 months in prison;
3. On the charge of Possession with intent to supply, he was Reprimanded and Discharged;
4. On the charge of Importation, he was Convicted, Reprimanded and Discharged.
