His Excellency Luiz Gilberto Seixas de Andrade (LEFT), Brazillian Ambassador to Barbados paid a courtesy call on Dr Warren Smith president of the Caribbean Development Bank recently. The Ambassador shared Brazil’s objectives for the Caribbean while CDB provided updates on the regional outlook and discussions on Brazil’s interest in membership in the CDB.
