Police have arrested and formally charged the following persons in relation to the incident with occurred at Wilkinson Road, Richmond Gap, Black Rock, St. Michael on July 9th, 2014 where two Police Officers in pursuit of a suspect were attacked .

They are:

1. Charmaine Sharon Marshall-Greene, 42 years of Wilkinson Road, Richmond Gap; She was charged with
a. Obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty
b. Assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty

2. Shaddieze Greene, 20 years of Wilkinson Road;
a. 2 counts of Obstructing police constable in the execution of his duty
b. Assaulting police constable in the execution of his duty
c. Assault, and
d. Resisting a Police constable in the execution of his duty.

3. Terry Greene, 47 years of 2nd Avenue, Chapman Lane, St. Michael;
a. Assault occasioning Actual Bodily Harm

Charmaine Sharon Marshall-Greene, Shaddieze Greene and Terry Greene made an appearance at the District A Magistrates Court on Saturday July 12th, 2014.
