Police have arrested and jointly charged Cecilia Cynthia Clovis, 26 years of Jones Gap, My Lords Hill, St. Michael and Kirk Orlando Rowe, 40 years, of Licorish Village, St. Michael, for the offences of;-

1. Possession of cannabis
2. Possession with intent to supply;
3. Trafficking; and
4. Importation of 3 lbs of cannabis.

Clovis and Rowe made an appearance at the District A Magistrates Court on Saturday 7th June 2014.
