Michael Bond’s PADDINGTON: Colin Firth, Jim Broadbent & Nicole Kidman (2014)
The movie, which was mainly filmed at Elstree Studios in the UK and on location around London, went into full production in September 2013. It is due to be released in the UK on 28th November 2014, followed by worldwide distribution, with many countries seeing it in time for Christmas 2014.
Filmed using a combination of live action and CGI (computer generated imagery), the movie features a very impressive all-star cast, including:
- Colin Firth as the voice of Paddington
- Nicole Kidman as Millicent, an evil taxidermist
- Hugh Bonneville as Mr. Brown
- Sally Hawkins as Mrs. Brown
- Jim Broadbent as Mr. Gruber
- Julie Walters as Mrs. Bird
- Peter Capaldi as Mr. Curry
