World Cup fans now have more options to watch the exciting football action as Columbus inks an exclusive deal with SportsMax to bring World Cup coverage to Barbados and all Flow markets in the region. Columbus’ retail customers now have access to the World Cup matches via the internet through special access codes.

Hee Chung explained that customers will require a code, which will enable them to access matches online via SportsMax website. She added, “This code will allow customers to watch matches live or OnDemand, with the ability to replay their favourite moments over and over at their convenience. Since the service is only accessible if you are a Flow customer, interested persons are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible as there are a limited number of codes available“.

Several Flow customers have also compliment the company on this initiative, with one customer expressing their surprise at the quality of the online stream and the convenience of being able to view on their smart device. One customer who recently experienced the online stream at Flow’s Retail Centre commented, “I am absolutely blown away. The fact that I do not have to rush to a TV to view the games is amazing. I was also quite surprised by the quality, especially since I am viewing online. What is also best for me is the fact that I never miss a thing as I can look at games I may have missed.”

Flow customers can access this code by logging into Flow‘s recently launched customer account management portal, “My Account“. The “My Account” web- based portal is a new online feature which will allow customers to view their current and past bills, payment history and receive promotional updates. Hee Chung explained, “Flow’s ‘My Account‘ feature allows customers the convenience of managing their Flow account online. This also falls into the Go Green initiative, encouraging customers to view and pay their bills online.”

To access this service, customers must have an email address noted on their account since the default password to access the “My Account” portal will be sent to this email address. Customers wanting to update their account information with an active email address are encouraged to call Flow at 620-3569 or email bb-getflow@columbus.co.
