The Cave Hill School of Business (CHSB) is a leading executive education institution operating in Barbados, the six (6) member countries of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), Guyana, Tortola, Anguilla and Belize. One of three business schools operating in the region, CHSB prides itself on its commitment to the dissemination of relevant business knowledge and the development of technical skills that enable managers and executives to meet the demands of a dynamic global market place.
Its predecessor, the Centre for Management Development was established in 1991 with the assistance of a grant from the USAID and the collective vision of the University of the West Indies. It was created following a collaborative effort among the private sectors of Barbados and the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and the University of the West Indies (UWI) as a response to the need to upgrade the management capability of the region.
