The Cave Hill School of Business (CHSB) is results driven and delivers high-quality, cost effective and competitive training as well as organisational development opportunities to companies in Barbados and across the OECS. This is achieved by drawing on experts from both the private and public sectors, management training institutions and universities – regionally and internationally – in order to ensure that the quality of our programmes is state-of-the-art.

While the Kelley School of Business (KSB) is the only top-20 professional business school (as ranked by US News & World Report and Business Week) to offer graduate programs almost exclusively online. Online courses are available through KSB Direct, the first and oldest online MBA program offered by an accredited university.

The Institute for International Business (IIB) houses the KSB School’s international initiatives. IIB supports research and teaching initiatives related to international business and engages faculty, students, and business and government leaders in the state with emerging markets worldwide. As part of IIB’s support, it engages the KSB Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, and the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship.
