An accident with injuries occurred about 10:45 am on Tuesday June 10th, 2014 on Taitt Hill Road, with its junction with Workmans, St. George, involving an omnibus owned by the Transport Board and driven by Cenetta Bennett, 35 years. The omnibus at the time was travelling to Bridgetown with 15 passengers on board.

The driver maneuvered to avoid a collision with another vehicle and struck a curb.  13 passengers complained of minor injuries and were transported to the Glebe Polyclinic.  Left front of the omnibus extensively damaged.
