Farm To Chef Cook Off
Slow Food Barbados and Holders Market are creating a live kitchen event. Chefs in this competition will use the Farm-To-Table philosophy using food that is locally sourced, carefully prepared and what’s seasonally available to create their culinary masterpiece.

In addition to the chef challenge we will have local entertainment, youth activities, food demo’s, organic produce, arts and crafts, taste education tables and local chefs giving away their trade secrets and recipes.
It’s a community of like-minded individuals, farmers, chefs, restaurateurs, food producers, educators and foodies that have joined together to help build a stronger food system. This in turn enhances food security for our Island, supports communities, and cares for the environment in which we live.
