Managing Director of The Barbados Light & Power Company, Mark King, is retiring on April 30, 2014. Mr. King has had a long and successful career at Light & Power, and his contributions have had tremendous impact on the Company’s operations.

His service to Light and Power began in 1976 and, over the years, Mr. King assumed progressively responsible roles, achieving the position of Managing Director in November 2011.

The Company, along with the teams at Light & Power Holdings and Emera, extend immense gratitude to Mr. King for his long and dedicated service, and wish him and his family good health and happiness in this next chapter of their lives.
