Police have arrested and charged Akeem Jamar Forde, 20 years, of Pleasant Hall Housing Area, St. Matthias, Christ Church for the offence of murder in relation to the shooting death of Torian Earl which occurred on January 28, 2014 at Kensington New Road, St. Michael.
