SUSPECTED DROWNING OF GUYANESE NATIONAL

Patrick Serrao – a Guyanese National, 47 years, of Gibbs St. Peter died at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital about 01:33 pm on 30 Nov. 2013, after being pulled from the sea by two men.

{IMAGE VIA - wbrz.com} Serrao went to Gibbs beach for a sea bath. After 15 minutes in the water he was seen floating without making any movements. He was pulled from the sea by two men, placed on the sand and they tried to resuscitate him. He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance where was later pronounce dead.
