A man is currently in custody assisting with investigations into the recent serious accident which occurred on 6th November 2013, at Blowers Road, Ronald Mapp Highway, where pedestrian Carolene Stuart died on the spot after becoming involved in an accident after two motorcars collided.

Efforts are on-going to identify the other occupant of the white motor car who has a dreadlock hairstyle.
