DIGICEL LAUNCHES 3 NEW 4G DATA PACKAGES: INCREASING DATA CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS

Digicel has added 3 new packages to its suite of 4G prepaid data plans.

The new 2-day, 14-day and 30-day packages will see Digicel prepaid customers across Barbados benefiting from a wealth of choice and best value for money, in addition to delivering on the company’s promise that with Digicel your credit really lasts longer.

This suite of new plans has been designed to give these customers, both BlackBerry and non-BlackBerry users, the ability to choose a value-based package which best meets their individual data usage needs.

We are therefore constantly looking at developing data packages which allow our customers to stay connected while on the go."

With the new 2-day Plan, non-BlackBerry customers pay Bds$6.99 for 200Mbs of data, while paying Bds$23.99 for 2GB of data over 14 days and Bds$47.99 for a 4GB of data over 30 days. BlackBerry customers now also have the option of a 14-day 1GB data plan for the price of $19.99.

Tasker emphasized that the new plans increase the diversity of the company’s data package offerings, thus giving the customer the power of choice; “With the addition of the 2-day and 14-day packages, which are new to the suite, and the introduction of another 30-day option, we have increased the total number of prepaid package options to 16. This means that no matter their individual usage patterns, each of our valued and extraordinary customers will find the package that is right for them.”
