"The Youth Link Programme" is a seven-month transitional school to work scheme, designed to assist and expose young people to the demands of the business environment. For most of their training the graduands (between the ages of 16 to 19) received hands-on experience working in the branches and departments of the bank, with the focus of the training specific to the functions of those areas.
