Police probing Shooting incident at Pleasant Hall – Is St Matthias the next Boscobel toll gang?

Police are investigating a shooting incident which occurred on Pleasant Hall Road, St. Matthias, Christ Church, about 10:20 am on Thursday 31 October 2013.

Two persons (husband and wife) were travelling along Pleasant Hall Road in their motor car, when they were shot at by two armed men on foot, who escaped.  The driver of the vehicle (husband) lost control and crashed into the guard wall of a residence.  As a result, they both received minor injuries; they did not receive any gunshot wounds.  The woman was transported to the QEH by ambulance.
