(UPDATED – REMAND) Man charged for recent shooting at New Orleans

The Royal Barbados Police Force continues to make significant progress concerning shooting incidents which occurred in the New Orleans, St. Michael community. They wish to assure residents of their continued commitment to peace and security in all Barbados.

Jaleel Kadeem Callender, 19 yrs of Block 2D,  Barbarees Gardens,  Barbarees Hill, St. Michael, was arrested and charged for:

Jaleel Kadeem Callender, 19 yrs of Block 2D, Barbarees Gardens, Barbarees Hill, St. Michael, was arrested and charged for:

Endangering life – which occurred on the 30 August 2013, at New Orleans, St. Michael; and Unlawful Use of a firearm – this also occurred on 30 August 2013.

The teenager from Barbarees Hill, St. Michael, appeared at the District A Magistrates Court and was remanded until 28 November 2013, to re-appear at the same Court.
