ST. KITTS MARRIOTT RESORT CELEBRATES HOUSEKEEPING WEEK

Taking this idea to heart, this St Kitts hotel participates every year in a full week of activities planned in appreciation of associates of the Housekeeping Departments. This year saw a multitude of exhilarating events to honor and celebrate those dedicated and hardworking associates.
The full week of activities included a movie night, a fun day, a special breakfast prepared especially for and served to all of the housekeeping associates in addition to an ice-cream and pizza event. One of the highlights of the week’s activities was a health and wellness walk which saw the housekeeping associates donning their commemorative orange shirts and tackling the hills of Frigate Bay during their walk from the resort in Frigate bay to the fire station in Basseterre.
“Housekeeping Appreciation Week gave us another opportunity to say a Special and Personal Thank You to the associates from these departments for all their hard work and dedication throughout the year. They are very often not in the fore-front but are the stars of this resort,” said Jacques Hamou, General Manager.
