The trio, performing for the first time ever together on the Frank Collymore Hall stage, are the smoothest saxiest horn man, Arturo Tappin, the first Lady of Jazz, Cici and the naturally charismatic, Marissa Lindsay.

These three Barbadian maestros of music have electrified audiences at home, and abroad, and we at the Bank anticipate two nights of delightful, soulful music, ranging from jazz to pop to calypso.

The Hall is luring music aficionados to come out and delight in an evening of classy entertainment at City Nights 2013.

You can immerse yourselves, in the Bank’s beautiful collection of primarily local art that will be on display in the Grande Salle between October 3 and 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and extended to 11:00 p.m. on the days of the City Nights shows, namely October 5 and 6.

As background, City Nights was first staged in 1986 to mark the inauguration of the Frank Collymore Hall. The event showcases the best in our cultural industries. We are pleased to be hosting this celebration again this year, as a tribute to our artists and the arts.

The Central Bank's first Governor, Dr.Courtney Blackman, said in 1986 that the Frank Collymore Hall was a gift to the people, we urge you to partake of yet another gift from us to you the people…City Nights, the concert.

So come celebrate with three of our world class musicians, celebrate another year of our City Nights Festival and the reopening of their refurbished Hall – just celebrate two nights of top class music with Arturo, Marisa and Cici, as they play, sing and entertain Barbados together.
