Meet some of Mojo’s Chefs – Rhys Graham, ardent Chelsea fan
At the young age of 20, he started working in the CBK kitchen in November 2012 as a Porter and was soon promoted to Line Chef in February 2013. Rhys loves to work on the grill cooking those mouth watering MOJO steaks that sell so well. He has a really cool ambition to grow and supply his own produce to local restaurants which is something CBK loves to support. Best of all he supports Chelsea FC (much to their Mgr. Dominique’s pleasure) but thankfully won’t be trying to take her place anytime soon….so Rhys, you’re safe!
