BEACON INSURANCE HOSTS ANNUAL CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAY IN ALL BRANCHES
Beacon Insurance recently held its annual Customer Appreciation Day to thank customers for their continued patronage and support.
The hallmark region-wide event which was held during the week 29th July to 02nd August in St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada and Trinidad & Tobago featured a different branch each day; and attracted many customers who dropped by to enjoy light refreshments, blood pressure and sugar testing, giveaways, and to enter for their chance to win the grand prize of an all-inclusive vacation.
“At Beacon our customers are at the heart of our organisation and we remain conscientious in our long-term commitment to building a relationship with each of them,” said Arriel Hosein, Manager of Customer Experience. “This customer appreciation initiative was aimed at acknowledging our customers’ value and loyalty, engaging them to simply say a heartfelt ‘thank you’ and hopefully adding some delight to their day. We were overwhelmed with the attendance and response at each of our branches, all the more so for the opportunity to listen to their feedback.”
One of the elements of the Barbadian event was the opportunity for a Beacon customer to win a staycation at the Accra Beach hotel along with tickets to the very popular LCPLT20 cricket which launched that week and of which Beacon is a team sponsor. An excited winner Henderson Barker said he looked forward to sharing the weekend with his wife.
In 2013, Beacon will continue to roll out new customer experience initiatives geared towards enhancing the overall customer experience.
