Managing Director, Barbados, Donna Wellington, in announcing this, also revealed the bank’s relocation plans to new best-in-class branch facilities at the Warrens Autodome, which is set to open in November 2013.

Our new Warrens branch will be a major upgrade from the present facilities and is sure to be well received by our customers. It will provide financial services to our retail, business, wealth and corporate banking customers using the latest in banking technology; all aimed at making doing business with CIBC FirstCaribbean faster and easier.

Wellington encouraged customers to take advantage of other branches, as well as their secure Internet and Mobile Banking channels during the transition. She added that Instant Teller™ machines at SuperCentre will be retained for convenience.

In the interim, all staff of the Warrens branch will be re-assigned across the local branch network pending completion of the new location.
