I hope you don’t mind me getting in touch, I am writing from Maverick Television, a British production company as we are working on a new light-hearted travel entertainment programme for UK broadcaster, ITV, which will see our presenter travelling and living with different communities around the world to see what he can learn about a culture very different to the one he has grown up in. We are currently looking for great characters in Barbados who are planning a party in August/September and could use a little help from our presenter, British celebrity Mark Wright. I was wondering whether you might be able to help me spread the word to your readers?

The British public have shown a great interest in the Barbadian culture lifestyle, however but we know relatively little of island life outside of popular exports like Rihanna. We want Mark to spend a week living with somebody on the island, go to work with them, meet their friends – truly live their lives. The week will culminate in Mark helping his hosts to make the party they have planned even better.
