MAN CHARGED FOR ‘GOING EQUIPPED’ (FALSE TICKETS) OUTSIDE KENSINGTON OVAL

Police have charged Jamal Ricardo Walcott, 25 years of Silver Hill Drive, Silver Hill, Christ Church for the offence of ‘Going Equipped’ in respect of a quantity of counterfeit TICKETS he had in his possession offering for sale at Kensington Oval on Friday 26 April 2013.

(file iage - 2010) Acting on information, Walcott was seen and search by police near to the Box office at Kensington Oval on the night of the Vintage Reggae Show. He was found with a quantity of Counterfeit tickets in his possession for that show, he was arrested.

Walcott appeared at the District A Magistrate Court on Tuesday 30 April 2013, and pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety, to reappear on 26 August, 2013.
