The Minister, definitely confident after securing a second term and showing more resilience than a cat with all nine lives still intact made another bald statement, this time encroaching in the portfolio of Energy when he indicated that it is time for Barbadians to have cheaper bills {CLICK ON FOLLOWING LINK FOR FULL AUDIO};-

Sinckler spoke not only of the importance for citizens to have tax breaks for using Solar Energy but to be able to sell extra power back into the main grid and while not a cash rebate, to get a discount on any power used from Light & Power.

This was during the evening portion of celebrations observing the reopening of the southern resort which has existed in one form or another for over a century. The Aquatica Radisson remains under the guidance of Atef Nicholas, but in a strategic partnership with Radisson who’s a member of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group which has over 1319 hotels in operation and under development with more than 209,000 rooms in over 1000 hotels in 86 countries.

Each guestroom has a private balcony or terrace and island or ocean view.

The resort also offers an on-site beachfront fitness centre, an outdoor kid and adult swimming pool, multiple meeting spaces to accommodate up to 400 people and an authentic Caribbean restaurant and bar.

For Barbados, Forbes shared they’re offering a very attractive Staycation package of US$150.00 per night, inclusive of taxes, service charges and full breakfast for double occupancy.

Mouly told the media they’re considering to also perform a similar partnership with Atef Nicholas for the Grand Anse resort in Grenada.

At present there is the Radisson Aruba and the Radisson Blu in St. Maarten (Dutch side), the Radisson is a major international hotel chain and operates 426 locations in 73 countries
