PARISH LAND MEN ARRESTED FOR BURGLARY AND OTHER OFFENCES
1. Police have arrested and jointly charged Nicholas Andre Stuart, 25 years of Silver Hill Drive, Christ Church for:
• 6 counts of Burglary; and
• 1 count of Serious bodily harm

2. Two men charged for burglary re June Gale
Sharaad Phillips received additional charges of Assault, Resisting and Obstructing Police Officers in the execution of their duty. These offences were committed on the Tuesday April 09, 2013 while at his residence.
Also charged for the same offences of Assault, Resisting and Obstructing Police Officers in the execution of their duty were his mother Pamela Phillips 44 years, and her other son Zaquille Phillips 17 years, both of Parish Land, Christ Church. These offences occurred on the same day.
The facts in the matter are that Police Officers went to their residence to execute a warrant. They were denied entry by the occupants even after several pleas by the Officers to open the door. Entry into the house was made by force and the occupants then fought with the Police. The persons were then arrested and taken to Oistins Station. In the social media it was broadcast that Police Officer who executed the warrant wore ski masks. This is an untruth.
Pamela and Zaquille Phillips appeared earlier this week at the District B Magistrate Court and pleaded not guilty and were granted bail.
Sharaad Phillips and Chad Bourne appeared in the District A Magistrate Court on Saturday April 13, 2013, and were remanded until April 17, 2013 to appear at the District B Magistrate Court. Nicholas Stuart also appeared and he too was remanded until April 17, 2013 to appear at the District B Magistrate Court.
