The general public is advised that there is currently a fire in the area close to B’s Recycling, Cane Garden, St. Thomas. Motorists are therefore advised to avoid the area as fire officials attend to this situation.

Motorists traveling from the direction of the Lester Vaughan School may divert along White Hill while those approaching from the opposite direction may do so via Edghill Terrace. Motorists are required to comply with the instructions given by police officers on duty in uniform to facilitate the traffic diversion.

All efforts are being made to rectify this situation as soon as possible.
