St James North Victory Motorcade – Flooding, Zone 1 Challenges and Roadworks are some of Hinkson’s focus

If Dennis Lowe, Minister of Environment had any sense, he’d assist Edmund Hinkson with any drainage or problems with flooding in St James North, Lowe could provide jobs for his constituents and could try to claim some limited glory of stopping flood problems along Barbados’ western coastline which have been known to exist for decades… As I said, that is if any sense is there – this is a man who allowed the Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary to diminish into a putrid bog since it’s too much trouble to make it into a National Park…
