Bajan born Danny O’Shea started his chef career at TGI Fridays in Enfield, North London, England. From there he moved his way up the ladder to Central London as a Food and Beverage Manager at TGI’s and Chiquito’s.
Some of you may recognise Danny from Casuarina Beach Club back in 1999; as the Restaurant Manager at Jambalayas in 2002; or more recently, running the restaurant at the Allamanda Hotel where he was famous for his Sunday Roasts on the boardwalk.
Mojo’s Chopping Board Kitchen is now proud to have Danny on board at CBK as their Kitchen Manager! He oversees all their new recipe designs for our #CoolFriday Specials, Strictly Veggie Specials and not forgetting Mojo’s outstanding featured burgers.
Danny has also managed to source great local suppliers for organic chicken and pork and continues to strive to make sure CBK has a healthier approach to providing our patrons with only the best in locally sourced homemade dishes.
