On Thursday March 07, 2013, Andre Ricardo Holder, 30 years of Constant Land, St George, a labourer, was arrested and charged for the offences of:

1. Possession of cannabis (18.5 kgs)
2. Trafficking of cannabis
3. Possession with intent to supply
4. Permitting premises to be used for the handling of a controlled substance, i.e. narcotic.

Court Results

Holder appeared at the District F Magistrate Court on Friday 8 March, 2013, and pleaded not guilty. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 with one surety to return to Court on April 22, 2013.
