Time’s running out for Digicel customers to earn a chance to make their dreams come through in Digicel’s “Win A Piece of Paradise and Smile” promotion.

Come Monday, February 4th, the final date for eligible entries, the process will begin for the execution of the final draw which will be announced later in the month. Then, the winner of the grand prize of a plot of land in the parish of St. Philip will be announced, bringing an end to the 10 week promotion which saw weekly winners of Samsung prizes.

This week, Shavon Als of Brayton, St. Philip was selected as the week 8 winner of a Samsung Galaxy Tablet, having qualified by sending 10 or more text messages in a day.

Customers who top up with $20 or more, send 10 or more texts in a day, or pay their postpaid bill on time and in full will be automatically entered for a chance to win the remaining 2 Samsung prizes and of course, the grand prize of a piece of paradise.

When contacted, Ms. Als could not contain her elation, stating this was the first time she had won anything in her life: “I have never won anything before, therefore I hardly pay attention now to the promotions which are advertised.
