1 – Why did then Prime Minister Owen Arthur take no action against Minister of Housing Liz Thompson after she gave a $600 000 contract to her soon-to-be husband to remove asbestos roofing from NHC units at Kensington Lodge, despite his lack of experience and qualification to do the job, and against the documented advice of senior technocrats in her ministry who red-flagged his application?
