Liquor Store Blues? New Orleans businessman accused of operating w/o License
Alex Callender 31 years of 1st Avenue, Jackson, St. Michael, on Friday 07 December 2012, pleaded guilty to the charge of Possession of intoxicating liquor for the sale without a licence.
{IMAGE VIA – bizben.com} As part of the police operation in the New Orleans and Chapman Lane, St. Michael communities, on November 10, 2012, a warrant was executed at a building at Lakes Folly, St. Michael, and a quantity of alcoholic beverages was seized. Callender was subsequently arrested and charged.
Callender pleaded guilty at the District A Magistrate before Magistrate Cuffy-Sargeant and was fined $500 forthwith or 5 months imprisonment.
