The St. Kitts Marriott Resort would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt “Thank You” to all its customers during this week of Global Customer Appreciation Week. The Sales & Marketing team at our resort in St Kitts organized a myriad of activities that encompassed the entire week. This year’s theme for the week was “We Open the Door to a World of Possibilities”.

Some of these events included a Customer Appreciation Cocktail event at our St Kitts bar. During this event customers were given the opportunity to be engaged by the entire Sales & Marketing team plus the leaders of our St Kitts resort. They were also provided with ample opportunities to win prizes of weekend stays at the St Kitts Marriott Resort, meals at the resort’s restaurants, spa treatments and rounds of golf at the Royal St Kitts. Additional prizes were also given to those top performing companies.

In addition to the major event the Sales and Marketing team hit the road with visits to the some of the Resort’s top customers around the island. The visits were complimented with gifts and information on the season’s upcoming events and activities at our luxury St Kitts hotel.

The week’s activities culminated with a visit to Ade’s Place (a local nonprofit organization catering to those in our community with special needs). The team cleaned and redesigned the Arts & Crafts room as well as provided materials for the school’s attendees. In addition, the kitchen area was outfitted with blenders, coffee makers, plates, silver ware, drinking glasses, plus pots and pans. Rugs and other items to be used throughout the entire facility were also donated, and the materials used were collected from resort’s associates and the Vacation Club division of the resort.

“This year’s Global Customer Appreciation Week was a very special week for us, in addition to accomplishing all the things we set out to do as our way of saying “Thank You” to our customers, we also were able to partner with and assist a very worthy cause,” said Sarines Oliva Director of Sales & Marketing.
