Montserratians will once again be able to receive barrels for Christmas without having to pay the import duty fees.

Brades’ Ministry of Finance and Economic Management confirmed how their Cabinet has approved the waiver of the customs duties on barrels for the period 1 November 2012 to 15 January 2013.
